Not that anyone cares but we did not renew our season tickets. This will be the first time since the 1960s that my family doesn't have season tickets. So no more updates on if the blue hairs on the West side are pissed.

Here's the last picture I took at Kyle at halftime of the USCe game.

End of an era. I will never forget my last year at Chilifest.

What is the reasoning: Too busy? Not happy with how it’s being run? Something else?

That's my favorite part about going to the games.

I originally had a TLDR post with a lot of grievances that had added up over time but instead I'll say it this way.

It's too expensive for what you get and how you are treated. It would be much cheaper to buy tickets in the same general area to each game individually over the course of the year than to spend what they charge for season seats and I no longer have to worry about some just out of college douche harassing my mother or me (we split costs once my father passed) to spend more on shite we have repeatedly said no to.

Right now the only game next season I will likely go to for sure is the one vs Colorado and that's mainly b/c my wife went there. Other than that... they'd have to do some fence mending that I doubt current leadership will ever be willing to do.

Honestly, there's really very little to talk about, hence the lack of posts.

TexAgs put out their SEC Ready movie out for free if y'all want to see it...I guess there's that. Pretty hard to keep this board alive without sports.

I just don't see this Wuhan virus going away any time soon (that's what I'm calling it...that town deserves all the negative stigma they can get). We'd need every country in the world to do a simultaneous lock down for two-three weeks in order to effectively contain the virus. And since I don't see this happening, I think we're going to have to wait until an effective vaccine comes out. Until then, no sports for anyone.

Anyone who is an expert on viruses care to chime in? Anyone got any toilet paper? Also, frick the Saudis!!! We should drop a payload full of pig meat on mecca for picking an awful time to frick with the world's economy....too far?? Ok, I'll go back to my corner now.

There are several things to trash Trump on, and they chose to go with this?! It's a weird hill to die on, I'll give them that. These professional proxy victims (*cough* white liberals *cough*) have chosen an interesting time to tell the world what is offensive and what isn't.

Me, my wife, my MiL (over 60) and my son have been sick all week with a “cold” (not a flu because they tested for that) that has every symptom of the coronavirus. My wife had contact with a confirmed case last week but they refuse to test us. A friend who works in the local medical community (Austin) says they can only test about 30 people a day and that unless you traveled internationally recently or you are on a ventilator they probably won’t test you. We are assuming we have it as we were told to do and will be avoiding people for at least another week.

We are doing better, our fevers are going away, and we are getting through it. But I beg everyone here to take care of yourself and avoid people because the medical community in Texas literally can’t keep up with the scope of the problem. The uncertainty for my family has been a constant source of worry, and getting care for my son (year old) during this crises has been very difficult. Just getting a prescription filled means maybe putting others at risk.

Don’t rely on our leaders, or doctors, or your age to save you from it. Protect yourself by staying home.

To be fair, they did say that was coming from Chinese authorities. But then again, they should have done their homework instead of trusting lying China.

On a side note, I feel not enough people are mad at China over this. We need more people to shame the hell out of them and every country that continues to eat like troglodytes. Stop eating bats you dumb motherfrickers!

If it comes to it, I'd rather not take any chances and just use Tylenol. There is so much misinformation out there, so I'd rather not take any chances if I don't have to.

You mean the Chinese virus from Wuhan China controlled by the Chinese Communist Party in China? I agree.
