I mean when you own the business and it's grown as big as TexAgs has, you tend to not be super involved in the small day to day things anymore

He doesn't really have a deep understanding of how good a guy is either. He just goes along with what the crowd says.
His only strength is talking to young boys and getting to know them and their preferences
. Not sure that's a trait any man should be proud of outside of teachers.
