I agree, but the guy knew what he was doing with the Ketch comparison. If he wanted a real discussion he wouldn't have said that, because the actual criticisms in the post were fine.

I gaurentee this sort of “purge” happens multiple times a year so I’m surprised you’re just now seeing one. I’ve seen a few and don’t have premium year-round. And yes, it’s threads like those why a lot of us don’t have a ton of respect for the guy.

His radio opinions should be criticized. It's not just that he wrong at a high rate either. He is also incredibly smug about his takes. He acts like everyone else sucks balls and we should win by double digits every game. If he had any charisma at all he would fit right in with ESPN and FS1's hot take factories.

I have a theory that I think holds water.
I postulate that Robin Masters was Thomas Magnum's nome de plume. You notice Magnum never makes any money on his cases. He always works by calling in favors and just happens to have connections everywhere. But he is also never hard up for anything. I think he used the living off the largess of the Benevolent Robin Masters was simply his cover to be able to help out all those people he did. Thoughts?
