I think what WP is saying is that Hamm is an amazing screw up and he doesn’t understand why anybody pays attention to him.

It is true that he has gone through some understandably difficult events, which I sincerely hope he is finding a way to cope with and rebuild his life. From one human being to another, I wish him the best, but even more importantly, I wish he would grow up (for his own benefit). But it is ridiculous to somehow explain his conduct by these unfortunate events. He is acting the same way he always has. I don't intend for this to sound like I dislike him. I just don't respect him, and for good reason.
