I know that's a troll, but truthfullt there's no other place I'd rather live. Not tryna knock where anyone else calls home, but SA is perfect for me. Been wanting to return home for a LONG time. Still feels surreal.

In other news, home values in San Antonio plummet 60%. The direct cause is at this time unknown.

Great! I remember Belle was a little nervous at that time. Next time I'm down I'll bring a whole bunch or big redaritas for a house warming gift.

I'd choose SA over Houston, Austin, or DFW in a heartbeat.
SA is best big town in TX.
Fortunately I live in a midsize town and don't have to deal with that BS.

Those are ALWAYS acceptable in La Casa de Tbird!

I don't know about that, but the traffic is definitely the best of the big 4 IMO.
The actual city of SA is probably better than Houston or Dallas, but I'd live in a Houston or Dallas suburb as a first choice.

I've lived in Houston, Austin, and spent a lot of time in SA, and I would 100% live in SA over the rest if I ever had to go back to Texas. Grats on the house tbird

#1 San Antonio
#2 Houston
#3 Dallas
Austin really doesn't count in the same category but if it did it would be #2 in front of Houston

Congrats, Tbird. Nothing like SA. Also, our boys looked good last night after a slow start.
Random question. What's your favorite Mexican food restaurant?

i would live in any other of the mentioned cities before i lived in Austin.
i could handle Georgetown and maybe north Round Rock, but anything south of 45, east of 130, west of 1, or north of 71 can lick my butt.

Aren't we considering the suburbs as part of the city in this evaluation?

Austin must be the most overrated city in the US. The worst traffic I've ever seen (worse than 290/610/whatever else at 5:30 in Houston IMO), overrated beer, overrated geography, overrated people. Cool place to visit and get trashed, but it really doesn't offer much the other cities in Texas couldn't provide to anybody over the age of 21. And coming from a true bleeding-heart, Austin ain't half as liberal as it likes to think it is, especially compared to the west coast cities. Austin is the definition of white flight, gentrification, and income disparate neighborhoods. frick Austin.
