Florida's offense looked terrible last year. But better coaching plus Grier at QB really made a difference.
Steroids for everyone!

Watching the SEC West dumpster everybody in their bowl games is depressing me. I honestly thought our issues were 100% coaching going in, but we don't have the players either. We're so fricked
The talent we've acquired over the last few years looks pretty damn good...when you compare it to the big 12 or even the nation.
However, we play in the sec west and on average have recruited 4th, maybe 5th, best in our division? luckily we can overcome that by excellent coaching and scheming...oh wait, never mind.

Got carried away at the end there and forgot which program we're talking about, didn't you?

an OC who can maximize what we have. I don't believe that has been the case with Spavital.
If art briles can completely retool his offense around the fact that he's down to a true freshman third string QB, you better damn well believe we can hire somebody to fix the shitshow we have on offense right now over spring practice and summer. And it's not spavital.
Another thing that gets me is the people defending DC and oline coaching, saying he needs time to implement his schemes and what not. It's not freaking nuclear engineering you are teaching these kids, our players should not look worse after a year under your coaching. The number of times our guys just let a guy into the backfield unblocked or slowed down is mind boggling. I know oline hasn't been our strongest recruiting point but it's not like we have only 2 and 3 stars on it....

What do y'all think we will regret the most 10-20-30 years from now: not making it all the way in 2012, or not taking advantage of the JFF momentum?

Well JJ Watt is abusing Luke Joeckel today.

As off-topic as it gets: Several years ago I saved some money on my website hosting by splitting costs on a dedicated server with a guy I know. I tried contacting him about an issue - no response. Turns out he inconsiderately died. So I contact the folks who actually own the servers about moving my stuff. The response is beautiful: "For account and server security and protection, we cannot release data without the server owner's permission and consent."
What part of "dead" did you not get?

As callous as it may sound, a certificate of death or proof from your partner's survivor(s) should suffice.
It should state somewhere in your contract about your rights, especially if it's your stuff.
If worse comes to worse, threaten legal action if they do not release it.
USAA has similar problems with their cybersecurity verification features lately.

Thanks, but not really a friend. I never laid eyes on him. He was a fellow member of a software developer's group.
I think this will likely all work out before long, the initial response from the server owners just cracked me up.

Welp. Not used to electric stoves, and the stir fry oil caught on fire. Thankfully it was only two tablespoons. If I move as quick all the time as I did going for the flour, and dumping it on the skillet, you would probably be watching me play on Sundays.

I live in fairly big apartment complex in Houston...so that probably would have ended up as significant news
I told a couple friends, who all asked if I just put it under the sink...so Im thankful I at least knew that would have caused a frickin explosion.
