the contracts for steele and orgeron are only for two years. not sure about the others, but another 8 win season or two and miles is a goner.

I have an honest question for the board. Why is there so much vitriol in the Houston DFW relationship?
Growing up in the Metroplex, I never thought negatively of Houston and openly cheered for their teams to do well. When I got to college I was shocked to find out that there was so much angst about DFW from my Houston friends. I mean it got to the point that I stopped cheering for Houston teams to do well and moved more to just not caring how they did. Am I the only one who had this experience?

Exactly. I'm from the Austin area and have always had Spurs/Rangers/Cowboys as my favorites and Astros/Rockets/Texans as my second favorites.
But once I got to college, all the hatred Houston fans have for the other teams really put me off. Especially the hatred for the Cowboys.
If you wanna hate a team, let it be the Titans for moving.
