I don't see anyway their Old BMA's are going to let a Briles anywhere near Baton Rouge, Alleva knows he's hanging on by a thread as it is and isn't going to do anything they aren't behind. The shite on the CC board being spewed by them makes me nauseous

There are plenty of other good HUNH OCs with a similar style and experience they can go after without the baggage if that's what they want. Cumbie, Meacham, Sterlin Gilbert, the dude from Okie State

There isn’t a university under the sun that would hire a guy who faces the litigation he faces.
Briles just happened to be fortunate enough to have been hired (by Kiffin) moments before the lawsuit was filed; otherwise he’d currently find himself in the same unemployed coaches category as the rest of that “show those recruits a good time!” Baylor staff.
That’s part of what makes the LSU fan reaction so totally nuts.
They’ve worked themselves into a frenzy over a guy who faces serious charges.
It borders on unhinged.

The most bizarre part is, once you cut through all the legal issues and the controversy that would surround such a hire, KENDAL BRILES NEVER CALLED PLAYS AT BAYLOR UNDER BRILES. He was the passing game coordinator from 2012-2014 and then was promoted to OC in 2015, however by his own admission Art still called his own plays. He did call the plays in 2016 after daddy was fired and it was their least productive offensive season since 2010 and Baylor went 6-6.
Even assuming he wasn't a passive participant in a rape coverup, there is no evidence whatsoever that the guy is anything more than a product of nepotism.

Exactly. Yurcich (OSU OC) is who I would go after if I were them and they really want a HUNH spread. He uses some heavy concepts with TEs/Hbacks that are more suited for this conference
