This is the most aggy way for things to end up. Bumbling around and trip over your own shoelaces. Go around proclaiming WRTS, when actually it was just a flash in the pan being in control for a whole 1.5 years. Zero team accomplishments worth anything, just a couple highly rated recruiting classes half full of thugs who washed out. The premier football university in the state whipes the floor this spring in 2016 recruiting no doubt after this momentum. To those who are minimizing this: that is the most typical Aggie fricking thing to do when things are exactly what they were before.
The ONLY way to change the current course is to win a lol national championship in the next 2-3 years. The talent level is high in CS right now. It's thin ice though. Failure results in being on the historical path of Ole Miss vs being on the path of LSU

So in the span of today we've swung all the way to "Kyler isn't taking an OV, it's probably not happening" to "KYLER GONE, DONE DEAL, IT'S HAPPENING"
I thought Sumlin's in-home was going to be dispositive?

Big surprise, but i pretty much agree with you on all points. What happens between now and signing day will tell me what kind of aggie program I'll be looking at in the future. Will it be aggie football or aggy football? Trying to minimize the impact of losing arguably the goat tx high school football player who just so happens to be an aggie legacy, to the horns no less, is naive. And then to continue to go on and argue that he won't be successful there is plain dumb. The kid will be transcendent in the way manziel was on the field. Shitty O line or not.
