I know this about the football team, but cut them into little bits and fry like chicken nuggets and they’re delicious

Too chewy this way… blackened is king

I've found that the best way to cook gator is to put it on a 2x6 on an open flame for about 2 hours take it off and throw away the gator and eat the 2x6.
