Also, pass interference occurs when the receiver is interfered with while the ball is in the air.
The placement of the ball could cause the penalty to be wiped but the refs were clearly never going to throw it in the first place.
Also that ball was easily catchable in bounds. Anyone who thinks it isnt is retarded or just being biased.

Wrong. Had the defender not turned around to locate the ball it woulda been called. As it turns out, he did, hence no penalty. It was called correctly.

Defender not looking at the ball and clearly shoving the receiver out of bounds and that ball is low enough to hit the defender on the helmet at that moment IN BOUNDS.
