I honestly don’t give a frick about rankings in early November but I will say this:
1) Bama’s SOR going into today was #8 while UTk’s was #18

Absolutely support this. What a crazy time in the sport where I literally found myself doing the math today hoping the team would be doing just shitty enough to not make the SECCG but still make the already bloated 12 team playoff.

If Tennessee wins out, they will be in the SECCG over Bama. If Tennessee and Texas tie for 2nd, I'm not sure who goes.

Alabama has wins over @ LSU, @ Kentucky, and South Carolina. And they beat @ Miss St when their QB was still playing.
Their loss is to a top5 team, maybe #1 by 3 after help from the refs and then @ Tennessee.
