I have this in my left elbow. My wife is a Nurse Practitioner, she told me to rest it until it feels better. It could take a month or more to fully heal. I can’t make myself take a month off from working out, so I just deal with it.

Yes but you can just make him the interim this season and then make a decision on what to do. Really not a bad situation if he does well keep him if not get someone else.

I think it has to be Elander, you can put the interim tag on him this season if he does well keep him, if not you can hire someone else. Hard to find a coach after fall practice has started.

It has to be Elander or Frank. It would be hard to pull a coach from somewhere else after they have already started fall practice.

if you go to Volnation, Tennessee fans are done with Nico there is no coming back from this. He pretty much has to leave now. Whatever games were being played have worked out poorly for team Nico.
I think at this point it would be best for everyone if he left. The fanbase has turned on Nico there is really no coming back from this. It puts Tennessee in a bind depth wise, but I think in the long run it's worth it. You risk losing the team if you give in.

Tennessee takes these timeouts when it looks like it will be a quick inning, they’re trying to give their pitchers a little more rest. I’ve watched pretty much every game this year and they have done this many times.
