And would he even think about leaving Indiana where he’s basically a god now. He’s 65 years old. He’s from the Saban coaching tree.

I think he’d be crazy to leave Indiana.

He's 28-2 at Indiana. Why would he leave there to go to Alabama? He wouldn't even consider it.

He’s looked better than Kirby for two years now

I hate that notion. Cignetti doesn’t do it week in and out. Nobody has done what Kirby has done to date besides Saban. We don’t recognize what he’s done too.

Can Bama afford to pay Cignetti and his staff, pay off KD and his staff, and pay the players? I don’t think so.

FFS their SOS is 33 or 36 with where you look. 90% of the SEC has harder scheduled than that.

Bama would have to pay Indiana $15 million if Cig leaves this year plus $67.5 million to fire Deboer.

I honestly think it's going to be hard for the SEC to attract the very best until they fix the conference schedule.

Alabama is Hella prestigious but who cares when you can buy as many or more players & run a cupcake B1G schedule instead.

He is 28-2 in the league that the SEC hasn't beaten for a title in years now. The post was stupid, plain and simple. And he would be stupider than your post was to even consider leaving Indiana.

When Bama boosters get tired of not being a legitimate contender, they will have the money. To get what they believe is a sure thing, they will pay.
