It’s not up to each conference unfortunately. It’s up to each conference’s TV deal and neither of those two have deals anywhere near the SEC or Big 10. That’s where the real money is and where LSU stands to lose the most.

They literally sued LSU today in federal court in case you missed it. Was kind of a big deal. And it’s an Alabama court. I don’t know enough about how that legal process works. That’s why I’m asking.

Does that give the SEC permission to penalize LSU for rostering former Pro players? I’m assuming federal ruling trumps state?

I know it’s not LSU suing anyone. But it is LSU willing to put them on the team, moron. Like I said, the players can win their lawsuits, but LSU doesn’t have to put them on the team roster just because they win. The judge can’t order LSU to make them part of the team.

In my opinion none of this is worth it for these 2 guys. They aren’t game changers. What Texas Tech tried to do with the whole Sorsby situation was stupid and wrong, but you can at least understand their effort for a starting caliber quarterback. At the end of the day, I don’t think either of these players is going to be the difference in a championship season for LSU.
And just because they win a lawsuit doesn’t mean LSU is forced to roster them. We can tell them sorry it’s just not worth a headache.
I know people are gonna argue about saying It’s not how good the players are and it’s the principle of the fact, blah blah blah. But is this the Hill we as a fan base and a team want to die on for these two jokers?

When Mazda was partially owned by Ford the quality as you’d expect was just ok. Ford sold their stake back to Mazda Japan back in like 2015. So the more recent models are all 100% Japanese designed, engineered and built. Quality is way better. I have a 2020 CX9 grand touring and it’s the nicest car I’ve owned to date in my 30 years of owning cars as far as bang for your buck and quality. Zero issues to date.

I agree it changed in recent years and sucked. I tried one a day ago from kids Halloween candy and it tasted more like i remember as a kid. Flaky and delicious.

Got a big crowd this year so have a large bird. Questions is best method to cook? I plan to brine but not sure if should spatchcock or keep whole to roast. I know spatchcock will give more even and quicker cooking, but All I have is the typical half sheet pan and I don’t know if a 20 pound bird will fit on that. That’s why I’m wondering if it’s better to just keep it whole and roast it the old-fashioned way. Also have a pellet smoker available, but never done one so not sure if I should take the risk.

The fact she would state no one on roof due to its pitch meanwhile the SS sniper team is clearly on a roof with a higher degree of pitch I can only assume she’s been told to take all the blame and resign in near future after she makes a few more stupid comments. She soaks up all the heat and blame and then goes away quietly I’m sure with a cushy $$ job in private sector. With a screw up this massive someone has to take the blame and she’s the obvious choice.

Can someone better versed in law explain if this decision could impact the forcing of homeowners to buy certain EPA mandated products like AC unit’s with ever changing coolants or seer ratings? Required energy star rated appliances etc? Any chance these go away or will it take years of lawsuits to make that happen?
