It's 2025. People only see things from the perspective that they WANT to see. If X thing is what the average person likes, they will defend it to the hilt regardless of anything else. This applies to football, life, politics, religion, whatever. Rarely do you see anybody argue anything that's not completely immersed in confirmation bias. People only see what they want to see regardless of facts. I'm not saying that's a good thing. It's a very bad thing. But, here we are.
