We should all embrace “Red River Rivalry.” Hundreds (maybe thousands) of lives have been saved since the name change.

It’s a fun game. Definitely recommend people adding to their CFB bucket list. I grew up going to Tiger Stadium and other traditional SEC venues to be clear.

I think the alliteration is a catchy and best the match up has been called.
I don't root for either team, but have crossed the river many a time in last 40 years.
I do agree, however, that it was a dumb reason for name change.
