At no point have I called for his head. Football coaches get 3 seasons to do something before these conversations start imo.

It depends. What if he loses his next 3? Football is a journey, not a destination. Today, we are good. In 3 weeks maybe not. Do you keep your job if you have a great month and then lose customers over the rest of the year? This narrative is so dumb.
