It'd take a lot of chaos, and pretty sure there's not enough games to accomplish it.

I don’t think so. Really didn’t pass the eye test all year and looked outmatched vs Georgia.

The announcers did mention the possibility of Texas in the playoffs a little bit. But it wasn’t really something they endlessly mentioned all game long like how they kept talking about the possibility of FSU missing the playoffs during the 2023 FSU-Louisville ACC Championship Game.

Anybody who listened to the announcers during that FSU-Louisville game knew a day ahead of time that Alabama was making the playoffs over FSU. The announcers during this UT-TAMU game really didn’t create quite the same impression.

They deserve it more than BYU or Utah. I’m tired of teams being rewarded for dodging competition.

BYU isn’t making the playoffs unless they win the Big 12.

Utah isn’t making the playoffs at all. I’m pretty sure they’re already out of the Big 12 championship race.

Vols lost to 3 playoff teams and didn't lose to UF, if they beat Vandy and don't get in (they wont), then you don't deserve shite.

The terrible wins over Kentucky and Mississippi State were probably the nail in the coffin for UT’s playoff hopes.

BYU and Utah aren’t even an obstacle. There’s just literally not enough spots for Texas. They need to pull for Stanford to somehow beat ND or LSU or Auburn to pull off an upset

No one with 3 losses is getting in. There's even more 2 loss teams this year than last.

What if Texas hadn't lost to Fl? There would be 6 teams deserving. Who do you leave out?

Bama unless they win the SEC, otherwise it'd be Oklahoma.

Be a tough decision to make, Ou beat Bama but lost to Texas. Has to be a ranking system. Overall ranking? Sos? Eye test?
