Tyson Summers

We need to see this more often. Should have happened multiple times when Golding and O'Brien were at Alabama.

Sports are a waste of time...

A medium where mostly average/subpar humans are paid stupid money to coach a child's game..

There are probably countless men out there that could coach better than most of these guys, but their life path went a different direction.

Is it. In today's world, it's as much portal and NIL as coaching. Head coach and admin are responsible for portal decisions and raising money. Maybe they should work harder and get the coordinator more talent to work with.

Let's send Bill O'Brien packing in the middle of Bryce Young's Heisman-winning season. That will fix him.

I lived through Mike Shula's offense imploding after losing his best receiver, and he didn't have a Heisman winner at QB. Shouldn't happen imo.

But Golding is the main guy who should have been escorted out of the stadium on multiple occasions. Him having success as a HC doesn't sit well with me. How many mediocre coordinators became good head coaches?

Time will tell if he can sustain it or live off of a previous coached recruits.

That was the consensus. Coach Saban wasn't having it. In 17 years, you learn what makes a coach great and what will cost you dearly even with much better talent. I just made up my mind to live with the idea that we were still the best program in the modern football era. Warts and all.
