If I was a running back, linebacker, or DB, I would want to go to BAMA. We are Running Back U, Linebacker U, and the only program that can rival us on stud DB's is LSU.
Rival? We've left you in our dust

Is that word from Bone?
Posted on 12/15/11 at 3:10 pm to TreyAnastasio
I don't know if it's from Bone or not, but it's coming out he has all the grades necessary to enroll early...

Nice, he tweeted about a juco earlier.
So next years secondary
Milliner-Williams-Clinton Dix-Belue/Dixon?

Any update on McCullers?

Eddie Williams? Everything I have heard has indicated he's starting out at WR.

Jarrick Williams perhaps?

I don't think McCullers is going to be in this class. It seems the staff is content with signing Alphonse Taylor as a NG. That likely means they are fine with Jesse Williams moving inside, with Brandon Ivory continuing to develop, and bringing along Lake and Taylor there.

I just hope he doesn't get caught up in the number crunch DESPITE making the grades. That would look really bad.
Despite losing who Bama is losing, I'm excited to see the D in '12. It will be loaded with talent, the only thing I question is the leadership. Bama loses a lot there, but I'm sure someone will step forward...

Nico needs to stay. I thinks that very important. Id say the same about Lester, but Im pretty sure hes gone.

I wonder how much playing time Nick Perry will get next year.

Have you heard something or just a gut feeling?

Ah ok. I didn't see him playing much this year so I figured he was buried on the depth chart. Apparently he was Lester's backup.

Me too. He seems to have been buried after filling in for Barron in the bowl last year.

When Barron got hurt against Auburn and Sunseri was filling Lowery's role, Nick came in and played a good bit I think.

I need to rewatch that game. I dont remember a whole lot. I started drinking when the UM-OSU game kicked off.

Surprisingly, I think both stay. That is unless Lester has a huge NC game. If Nico stays and shows his improved coverage skills, he'll be attractive to both schemes. Many, including myself, thought he was a Bart Scott "thumper" coming into the season, but he's much more than that.
Not that being compared to Bart Scott is a bad thing...
