Fisher had little chance of landing Fields. This was more of a notice to the rest of the SEC that the balance of power is shifting.
Lol.

There's again more buzz that Fields might take a late OV to A&M.

Hell, if the two girls in your avi pic are there, I'll take it for him if he doesn't want to go to CS for free.

This is just my speculation, but this feels like intentional build-up drama to create a UGA "win" if/when he signs early. I could be wrong, but nothing has really changed since he committed to UGA in October. Smart/Eason did a similar thing two years ago.

The troll is strong with this one, that's for sure. Just look to his telling 247 that Hill was going to Auburn, when they polled the '18 recruits about his decision.

Can you stop shitting all over the board with your "speculation". Thanks.

I actually kinda like that aggies are getting their hopes hope for Fields. Kinda like when mullen gave UF fans a brief glimmer of hope.

The thing is - I could kind of see UF (and AU/FSU before that) being a possible destination.
There is literally not one single factor that aTm can point to as a selling point for Fields.
I know, some will claim he likes Jimbo. What does aTm have that FSU didn't?

The humble way he does it could be a lesson to some on TRant.
Tbh, he's a really nice kid and a great recruiter.

A national championship winning head coach who has produced several nfl qb's, the best facilities in the nation, a passionate fan base just waiting for success, an athletic department that has let it be known it will pay any price to build a championship program, etc, etc, etc.

Most aren't FWIW.
Out of curiosity, what do you think the most realistic situation will be with Fromm/Fields? Obviously as a fan it doesn't matter, you just want the best person to play, but I'm interested to see how it will play out.

A lot of UGA fans believe he’redshirts next year and mops up the next 2 , and starts as a Jr and SR.
Personally I think his skill set is so much better than Fromm’s and CKS will not be able to keep him off the field. He gets some packages next year and is the starter in 2019.
Seen him play in person a few times and he is without A doubt the best high school QB I’ve ever seen. His talent and ability just is unbelievable what your watching. He really is that good.

If Fields didn't want to play for Jimbo at FSU then he sure as Hell won't play for him at Texas A&M.

Say what? It's common knowledge that he will play next year and they are creating a different package for him. Kind of like how Bama used Tua this year.
Edit: Frommis a better passer in my opinion. I've seen both play in high school. Fields is the more dangerous option though.

Well the coach didn't change between FSU and aTm so that's a non-factor. Passionate fanbase is negligible. Competent AD is negligible.
So you're saying Fields is going to want to go halfway across the country for the facilities, basically. I personally don't see it that way.

First its not common knowledge ,as KS would never show that hand. It is somewhat speculation. As is somewhat that they want some separation in years between the 2; which I think is ridiculous.
Passing wise, Fromm throws the underneath and outs fairly well; but Fields is just as good at that. But on down field throws , there is no comparison Fields is heads and shoulders better. Kid has a laser for an arm and is off the chart accurate.
People keep saying he's dual threat; but in his own admission it's not in the typical way. He is a pocket passer with outstanding speed, elusiveness and power.
Take the Elite camp out in Oregon; which is all about accuracy. He put up the best accuracy numbers EVER in the camp. 16Td's, 0 Int's, and he was 72%. That's just bada$$.
