Is visiting Athens this weekend, hear he's a heavy south carolina lean. Are you cocks confident you land him?

All we've continuously heard is that he's leaning towards us and some of our insiders feel comfortable that he'll be a Gamecock.
Muschamp seemed to reference a silent commit who is a defensive player at press conference for McClendon last week, and there is speculation it was Sandidge, but who knows.

If I had to give a percentage i'd say somewhere around 75-80% chance hes a Gamecock

Momma loves the Gamecocks for her boy. I think it's probably over 80% chance he comes here.

With Trenton Thompson declaring for the NFL today at least we can make the pitch. Our DT depth is low.
That being said, Sandidge's family connection to USC is strong so it's very unlikely he spurns them.

Yeah, his mother is SC Alumni but she does value Kirby and the Dawgs.

It's never certain until they sign. I'd say he's pretty much 95% Gamecock at this point, but I'd have to be crazy to not be a bit worried the way Smart has been landing pretty much everyone he wanted in recruiting. I sure wish he wasn't visiting Georgia, but I still think he ends up in Columbia.

Trent Thompson declared today. DT is a possesion of need for us, hope kirby gets this kid...fingers crossed

If we're being honest... DT (and DL in general) is a position of need for almost every coach in the SEC. I effing hate Chuck Oliver, but I distinctly remember him nailing this one time on an episode probably a year or two back now, saying something to the effect of... "you'll never hear an SEC coach complaining about having too much talent at DL... or OL for that matter... in general, every coach wants more high end talent on the LOS in this league."
I certainly would like to see him head to Athens, but for now, will say it's most likely he ends up in Columbia. Not sure how much better he is than Walthour (if at all). DT in this class is pretty underwhelming overall though, so any talent is better than no talent. 2019 doesn't look to be a huge upgrade at the position yet either.

Just saw a picture of Kirby sitting beside this kid at the Georgia basketball game

Watched the Dawgs lose to the Gamecocks
(Yes I'm aware this will have zero impact on his decision either way)

Folks on both sides, UGA and USC, both feel that USC is in a better spot right now.

Absolutely, He will be a good one for the GaneCocks. 2018 was a down year for DLine.
