I wonder if he’s waiting for UGA’s season to be over, or if he’s not getting the results that he expected

Although Nebraska is the HUNGRY type of fan base who would no doubt pay a disgusting amount of money to pickup an SEC RB

Nebraska going crazy

Nebraska = next season's Colorado. Transfer in a bunch of kids, win 1-2 games to get media hype, implode in a season of shame
On a serious note: the level of attention they are pulling from transfers / recruits is pretty insane.

You guys don't understand how afraid Nebraska is of becoming irrelevant. There will be no divisions in the Big10, they are adding the 4 best Pac12 programs. And Nebraska can't fire another coach. It's now or never and Nebraska has a war chest that is top 5 in the country. They will pay whatever is necessary to make the team successful NOW! They hate being a volleyball school.

If you thought Tenner/Orange Nub fans are delusional, stuck in the past and willing to throw $$$ at a problem, wait until you get a load of the original Nubs. I mean it's Nebraska, what else are you going to spend your corn cash on.

The person saying this is surely not a fan of a team who could only keep guys in state by throwing around cash at local kids, is it?

Ethanol Credits stacked, college football fricked

Sorry Squatch, didn't mean to ruffle feathers. I will have you know however, that Cody Shrader, who is local, cost us no $$$ at all (not even a scholarship at first) and put up 300+ yards on you. Pretty good ROI if you ask me.

That is a pretty good ROI, I know Mizzou will be talking about that game for decades as the pinnacle of their success

No, just when the occasion suits.

Matt Rhule and Nebraska aren't fricking around anymore. Nebraska won't stay down forever. Look for them to be a problem sooner rather than later.

If history is any indicator, there won't be any occasion when Mizzou wins a bigger game than that one

Meh. One season of hype isn’t going to save them.

Texas A&M already tried to buy success and they had Texas as recruiting home-base. It won't work for Nebraska either but they have no other bullets to fire.
Losers culture has crept in. You can't buy out of it. It takes a plan and process. They would have been better off backing the brinks truck up to the Kansas or KState coaches home in 2022. Or at least Matt Campbell. Someone who has a process to turn around a losing culture with Midwest recruits. Rhule did it at Baylor with alot of money for facilities and Texas recruiting.
