Mora is great with parents...how else do you explain them deciding to UV on the 31st?
That alone proves he and UCLA's new DC did some work on that aspect, like Rocky said you don't just decide to go on an UV across the country on the last weekend before NSD on a whim, they are a serious player
They very much are. It is MUCH better fit schematically for Evans that AU and would be a much better decision for him all around.
I'm hoping for a UCLA commit, and yes partly because I don't want to play against him. Also though, because him in a 4-3 is like Clowney in a 3-4. In other words he can go there and be the next Anthony Barr, or go to AU and play out of position for 4 years.

Just because Whitley is similar in size to Mosley... does not mean he is better
Agreed.

Ehh...he probably is. I would bet a couple of paychecks on it honestly.

AU staffs confidence level is in the 90% range according to our 247 site. More worried about Bama than UCLA.
J Lee's hotboard making a triumphant return, huh?

Also, I was talking about how the coaching staff feels about Evans. Not a recruiting service.

His immediate family are all big Auburn fans. Whether that will determine his decision is to be seen.
Auburn alum, unfortunately, don't seem to force their alma mater on their children as much as Bama does.
Evans has wanted to commit twice and his mom told him not to bc she felt he was making an emotional decision.

Don't know you, your story, or your history. You might be the one guy on the entire Interwebz that this doesn't apply to, but normally when someone posts about their knowledge of how "the coaching staff" feels, that info DOES, in fact, come from some recruiting site.

the info comes from, yes, but where did it originate? and do you not see the difference in what he is actually referring to?

If you live in the area of the university and make friends in the right places, it is not hard to hear second hand vibes not from the staff. Most Auburn posters, at least on our board, are pretty good about attributing paysite information to that paysite when it happens

The info comes from a recruiting site as clearly stated in my original post. But they're reporting how the coaching staff feels not how they feel about the recruit. It's not hard to understand the difference.

Chad Simmons has notes from a quick interview with Evans up on ITAT.
Garner, Johnson, and Harbison were there for two hours "recruiting some and hanging out some."
Evans says AU is "the same".
Simmons personally thinks AU is not in the lead at the moment.
Saban and Smart will be at AHS today and at Evans' house tonight, Evans at AU this weekend.

Didn't see your original post. Only saw the post on the page I responded to. Also, I gave you the internet equivalent of "with all due respect" with my disclaimer statement.
