Anyone who has explored the situation deeper and followed his recruitment will understand his Dad only played at AU a couple semesters and transferred therefore negating that preconception. He has family members who attended both in-state schools. Marlon Humphrey is the son of a starter and famous player who has had a Moore print painted of him etc

Alan Evans is an auburn alum and thought enough of the community to start and raise a family here... saying he transferred does not tell the whole story.

Not really when the dude still loves Auburn. And before you ask how I would know that. It was a quote in a article from early in Evans' recruitment and I'm not going to try to find it.

nah he hates Auburn so much that he came back to get his degree and start a family there
