It was said by our insiders that he has not enrolled yet.
If he decides to be an EE, it will be A&M.
If he decides to wait till summer/fall, they highly doubt it will be A&M. My guess on that one is Jimbo won't sweat out Evans for that long and jump on taking someone like Jackson instead.

It looks like, after that flurry of CB picks for A&M a couple of weeks ago, that many of the new ones are going undecided.

Some OSU insiders said they are currently "kicking the tires" on Evans. I wouldn't like this move, but everyone will agree he's a supreme talent. It always worries me that the one bad apple can ruin an entire group.
I'm not saying he's a bad apple as I don't know him or the situation really, but based on what has been said, a lot of schools have passed on him

If he isn't enrolled by the end of the week, I hope A&M cuts ties. I think the kid wants to go to A&M, but those advising him don't want him to do so. At this point, I think he ends up somewhere outside the SEC

His first attempt at his ACT. Assuming his first attempt was during the playoff game. But that seems more like a desperate second or third attempt to become an early enrollee. Scheduling your first ACT attempt during a playoff game doesn't seem to be a likely scenario. Not talking about his grades.

Evans isn't going to end up at A&M. He won't end up anywhere until Summer 2020 at the earliest, and he has a lot more recruiting ahead of him. Time to sign off on him, and watch him flame out somewhere outside the SEC. Kirby was right to cut ties.
His mind games are simply not worth the effort for a three year at best player, and likely portal candidate because he is all about himself and nothing else. Done with this thread and player - even if he miraculously ends up at A&M he will fail out within a year or two

With Richardson transferring, we need either Evans or the RB from Arizona in the worst way.
