You do realize the mods on the paysites interview these recruits? Probably have known some of these recruits since they were freshmen? Even talk to their families? They're not just making wild guesses. Ppl don't pay money to spoon fed bullshite.

Our sources over hear in La, are as close as you can get to his family, friends and coaches.

I'm pretty sure our mods have a few more la sources than yours. No offense.

He's a stud safety, he lives just down the road from LSU, and he's announcing his decision tonight. It's just fun. Personally, I want Goldman more than any other recruit left on our board, but the recruitment of Collins has been a lot more fun to follow.

because its an Alabama-LSU battle for a Louisiana kid. I'm sure he's good but both teams have plenty of 4 and 5 star kids on their rosters.

Hes a great player with a ton of potential but isn't going to make or break your our our recruiting class. People just like to argue.

It's not that he's an absolute must have, but the fact that he might go to our biggest threat in Alabama, whereas going to another team. Similar to Joe McKnight going to USC, which at the time was the evil empire

Collins is a freakish athlete, with phenomenal speed and leaping ability. He is the closest thing in this year's class to Patrick Peterson. He is definitely a three year player.
He lives very close to the LSU campus and people are reading his decision as some kind of seismic shift in world order if he goes to Alabama. He could likely start for either school but both schools will have outstanding talent in this year's class notwithstanding his selection.
Also he has a brother who is younger and is already a top prospect.

I'm sure they do. Alls I'm saying is those mods make a living for getting premium info on recruits. To act like they're no more informed about recruits than message board posters is wrong. Collins may very well pick LSU and those mods would be wrong. It happens. But 8 times out of 10 they're usually right, except JLee who is probably 2-10.

That's how I feel too. I'd rather have a 5 star DL than another stud DB. Priorities fellas. I think LC is a great player and would love for him to be on our side but the secondary isn't exactly what needs the most attention on defense at the moment IMO.

Hey we took J Rusell from Alabama's backyard ,how did that work out for us ?
