Why wouldn't it? Most in state kids that stay in state are due to either growing up a fan of that team or peer pressure from friends/fans of said team.

Again, why should that matter to a high school kid? It's not like they are going to be politicians.

It does if they decide to come back to Arkansas after college and would like a job anywhere in the state.

Once they leave they aren't Arkansans anymore so they need to be ok with that

So you actually believe they will be denied employment in an entire state because they didn't choose the University of Arkansas for their college?

No, they can usually always find a job. If nothing else, flipping burgers.

But LOTS of doors don't open that would.

Arkansas is the only SEC state that can say that to a recruit. So of course you wouldn't understand.

So he hasn't had his hand out the first 24 months of the recruiting process?... Shocking.

Moton is gone and Charlot is locked in with Alabama. Bell is likely to gray shirt and Keaton Anderson likely wont count toward the class since his parents will pay for him. They are literally multi millionaires, close to billions

I know the NCAA doesn't really apply rules anymore but isn't there a rule if you have Div 1 scholly offers then you count even if you pay your own way or play another sport on scholarship?

They've been in Hill's ear since he committed, they didn't want him to announce when he did.

Not sure. I know Luke Del Rio walked on a few years ago and he had an offer to Oklahoma state.

Thought the old grey shirt rule came in here. you can pay your own way, but can't hit the field. If you do you count against the 85 rule. not sure about the annual signing rule though. either way, i don't even know who this kid is or if he is worth the efforts
