That’s why I’ve been so confused. OP tried to “clarify” but just reinforced the confusion. No way they can fit all these kids into 28 even with two gray shirts (which is hilarious and pathetic for those two)

The 24 signed includes Tyson and Reichard.
However, reliable insiders say those two have not signed yet. We've speculated that Tyson's family might pay his way for the first year, or perhaps the entire time. We haven't heard any details about what the plan is with Reichard.
The recruits flagged with ^ or * after their hudl link are the 24 early signees ^ / enrollees *.
This Note (link is on 1st line of Top Targets list in the op) gives some explanation of ways Bama can take more than 25. That list in the op is the 2nd post in our big recruiting thread.

One is a kicker. How many schools give kickers a full ride straight out of high school?
The other is the great-grandson of Bear Bryant. Money is no issue for his family.
This class is loaded with OL and DL talent. The Tyson's took one for the team so we could add another elite talent.
