Riley took Oklahoma's best offensive players with him to USC.

Most of his best players already transferred once. Can they do it again without having to sit a year this time?

No, Lane is a principled man who would never look to derive future benefit at the expense of his prior employers. Not a chance, he’ll look elsewhere to build his roster.

We would be wise to get in the mix here.

You want to kick the tires again on an old Zach Evans thread?

He will certainly try and likely get some to go with him. I don't get the move quite honestly. Auburn has a tough road ahead much like OM so it would make sense to me to mire in mediocrity with a program built around your wants than to rebuild a program essentially in the same boat. NIL is supposed to be the reason but I can't fathom OM not having money to spend. They've bought many a recruit illegally why not when it's legal?

Auburn and OM are in two different worlds when it comes to resources. OM is a very small school by SEC standards. To illustrate my point, Auburn will now be paying their new coach ~100 million on top of the Gus and Harsin buyouts.

He is and he was apparently very close to going to Auburn before all the Harsin nonsense.

This is a very important point. No, they can’t - Dart, Trigg, Evans, etc. All used up their one-time penalty free transfer.

Agreed, I think he is holding out for the ATM job. We shall see how this plays out.
