I’ll be surprised if we can actually flip him. We typically aren’t able to land high profile Alabama commits. Is Tennessee or Georgia going after him?

Is UGA going to try to land him or are they still selling out for Haselwood?
Well. I called it.

I'm happy with the bump since we can rub it in AU's face even more but why did you feel the need to bump this thread

More surprising that Pickens has more receptions, yards, and touchdowns than haselwood. OU has turned power run with Hurts limited ability to throw.

Based on his in-game behavior and off the field character (i.e., calling Pappoe to come to his commitment ceremony and flipping to UGA), I've never been happier to miss on a recruit. Keep his sorry arse.

Remind me when Nick Fairley got thrown out of a game for fighting like an idiot or when he deliberately manipulated a fellow commit to come to his ceremony, only to flip to a rival right in front of him.

I’ll wait.

Sorry Nick hurt your feelings, though.

With today's targeting rules, Nick would have been thrown out for sure. He did everything he could to try to injure Murray. Helmet to the knee and the crown to the back. He's a POS to the nth degree.

Not sure you understand targeting.

Lowering the head before attacking by initiating forcible contact with the crown of the helmet.

Ok, Randy.

ETA:

quote:

Targeting and Making Forcible Contact
With the Crown of the Helmet

ARTICLE 3. No player shall target and make forcible contact against an
opponent with the crown of his helmet. This foul requires that there be at least
one indicator of targeting (See Note 1 below). When in question, it is a foul.
(Rule 9-6) (A.R. 9-1-3-I)

I’d say the odds of him even being at UGA in 2021 are 50/50.
