He admitted this himself when he signed with us.

I just can't believe Dyer was this stupid. He could've set every Auburn rushing record if he played 4 years. So fricking stupid.

If Dyer and Omac are both leaving, I can understand why Yeldon and Robinson are both signing with us!

Arik Armstead is visiting Auburn.

I agree, I think we need to land him and give him a chance at DE but eventually switch him to OT. Hell, he could start from day 1 at RT for us I would bet.

From Arik's dad:
He wants to enroll early, FWIW...
quote:
"Arik definitely has interest in Auburn and definitely wants to take a look at them. After that, in about two weeks, he should have his list down to a top three or four and then he'll start thinking about setting a date for his announcement."

Please steal Evan Boehm from Missouri.

He mentioned nothing of family in that quote, but I'm still holding out hope we can snag him

I know he said that. I just don't think he's anywhere near ready for the NFL, even as a return specialist. He can't take hits. At all. He's going to get broken in half in the NFL. He needs at least another year of putting on weight.
He may say f it and apply for the draft, but I think it would be a huge mistake.

Omac is in a very odd situation, he really can't boost his draft stock with a Senior year. Yeah, he can have a better year compared to this year, but it won't showcas anything different.
Him gaining weight will help with resistant to hits, but it won't change his playing style. He's stiff for a RB, but he's blessed with word class speed. He goes down easily and rarely breaks tackles(I watched every play he was involved in in 2010 via video).
I don't know why they don't just put him at WR and make him run go routes. Although he doesn't have the moves to do much else as a WR, and Auburn really does have a QB that could connect with him if he managed to escape down field this year. Not to mention I have no clue how good/bad his hands are...

If this Stoops hire is true, I wonder if that makes us a bigger player for Goldman.

Odell Haggins is the reason he's interested in FSU. It won't hurt Auburn's chances, but I don't think it will do a lot either.

It's a smokescreen for Willy Robinson.

I think Blakely would start. I'm really high on him. I feel for Tre Mason though, cuz I think he could be good but I think TJ and Blakely will be better and pass him up
Blakely was the best back that I saw in high school last year. He is a real talent. Not saying he is better that Yeldon, but he is no slouch.
