I believe we are still in contact with him, but I do think we have backed off a good bit. That may have to do with BVG wanted to target somebody else, or maybe we just aren't confident about his recovery from knee surgery. We can't really afford to have a big miss on LB recruits this class.

'm glad we stopped on Winston. If he goes MLB, you wasted a scholly. Also, it makes for a very crowded backfield next year and I want JJ at Auburn.

I've heard that on BVG and that may be the case. I have have maintain that Kwon is a more of project than previously thought and that might turn off a LB needy team to some extent. You have to let him heal, put 20-30 pounds on him, and then teach him how to play coverage.

He's very talented, but I just think he needs a year or so of polish before he's a complete product. He'll be dangerous at that point, size to go with his unique speed for a LB...

I think he's talking about Jeremy Johnson, an instate QB prospect next recruiting cycle that is favoring Auburn.

With the system we are moving to I want him at AU now. I was previously higher on Cord Sandberg.

I'm thinking the same. Sandberg is a much better runner and is a good passer, but I feel like JJ has more potential as a passer. He's got a big arm.

Wow, congrats.

Makes me a bit mad Bama backed off early for that reason. A bit of egg on Bama and FSU's faces, even though they both have good RBs commit.

I wouldn't be shocked if he's in the rotation for Auburn, if not the starter. Dude is talented...

Awesome

So are we going to wait for Diggs to announce and just sign an extra person next year if he picks UF?

I guess so. Though, I don't think we can back count next year so I have no idea.
