One thing we all know, he definitely isn’t solid to ATM. IF he announces again on NSD, he probably isn’t going to ATM. Jimbo and Napier both have an in home left. We will see where this goes the next few weeks but Florida is a player here, major one.

Yeah this is obvious he isn’t going to A&M.

especially to florida who has never been an even remote player in his recruitment

They became a player when they hired coaches that he knew and liked. It also helps that the new coaches are competent recruiters, who actually know what the hell they're doing.

It’s obvious we’re gonna have to work to keep him. Saying “it’s obvious he’s not going to A&M” is pretty funny though

The #1 class of all time is flames?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I gathered about Bouie, and the All-Star game is that he really stood out in a good way. Sounded like he's a guy that can start Day 1?

IDK if he can start day 1, but he was more than competent at CB and WR at the All-Star practices. Its not like he'll have a job open. Chappell and Jones are back.

Florida is making a push for sure but they are playing from way behind and with significant disadvantages.

Perkins has deep relationships with both the A&M Staff and the new class. He's known them for years and they call him daily. A&M is also a little over an hour from his house and his family will be able to go to every game if he plays in CS. A&M also is in a much better situation for the next 3 years (he is likely a 3 year guy) than UF which is in the midst of a major rebuild.

Anything can happen with these kids but the odds of swooping in last minute and getting Perkins are long.

He’s definitely not a solid commit. I still like our chances of ultimately landing him, but wouldn’t be surprised at all if he ended up somewhere else.

This sorta reminds me of how ALL the star football, and basketball players during t.u's Mack Brown years, drove brand new Tahoes from the exact same dealership

Also all irrelevant.

All Perkins is worried about is the bag. A&M certainly has an advantage there but this would be a big get for Napier and UF. Maybe they open the pocketbook.
