Auburn has Carl Lawson at #5, Dee Liner at #8, Earnest Robinson at #122, and Trey Johnson at #134 (which is remarkably low compared to other recruiting sites).

Tray matthews lower than Langely and Wiggins? Also bullshite. Johnny O'Neal being in the top 150 is the only saving grace of this list that stand out so far

ESPN is notorious for having fricked up rankings.

During the Under Armour game last year, they showed the profile of Jordan Jenkins and has his top 3 as Bama, Florida and FSU. ESPN doesn't have a fricking clue

Auburn is going hard after Vonn Bell, the #60 recruit in the ESPNU150. We definitely need some safety depth. Erique Florence, Ryan Smith, and DeMetruce McNeal are the only scholarship safeties we have.

Yeah Scout has him as the 17th best DE and 24/7 has him as the 4th best WDE.....shoot for all we know ESPN might be spot on with him.

Honestly, following recruiting sites for over a decade, I feel that the hierarchy goes like this:

247
Scout
ESPN
Rivals

For whatever reason, scout gets hated on more than all of the others except rivals, but Ive always thought they're rankings to be superior...especially over the last 5 yrs

They have 6-8 spots left for high 4 stars and 5 stars. They will have the number 1 class in the country, especially on ESPN.

Everybody is after Von Bell. Most seem to think he ends up at Tennessee though (Top four I would guess to be Bama, UT, UGA, and Auburn)

ETA: Not holding my breathe for him to end up here, even though a Bell-Matthews safety class would be durty

After seeing him dominate at the Rivals camp, and win MVP, I lean towards this being the accurate ranking. Plus, I think Dee Liner is the better overall DE prospect. Having both of them in the top 8, with a chance to also land Montravius Adams, has me excited though.

I think he gets a bump in both Rivals and 247, but 5 is high, and Adams is the better prospect.

I think having him as 4th best DE is believable, but in now way is he the #5 player in the country.

Also, Andy Dodd is ranked higher than Kublanow, Josh Cardiello, and Devondre Seymour. Seriously?

Also, Reggie Wilkerson, Ryne Rankin, Reginald Carter, and Kyrin Priester all have grades of 45....

We had a shot with Kenny Bigelow, then he visited USC (no telling what went on), committed, and then up and transferred schools. I mention him transferring schools because he was a High School teammate and friend of Auburn player AnGelo Blackson.

So which companies do you guys scout for?

I'd like to see your detailed analysis of each recruit and why they should rank where they do.

It's so scientific and all.
