Humboldt Tennessee is a tiny town in west Tennessee, i bet that guy sticks out like a sore thumb walking around. What is it with Florida and these overly massive DT's lately.

UF and Billy doing work now that his job is safe. It was almost like he couldn't recruit with a cloud over his head.

Or… just maybe… winning cures all things.

Most of our insiders had been predicting he would not be in the class. There were "clearance" issues (NOT grades).

That being said, I wanted the kid in our class. He was a 5* fit (not a 5* player) for our defensive system as the 2 gap run stuffing NT. Also sounds like we're going to miss on his potential replacement as well.

Maybe playing the NIL game, maybe still enjoying the whole recruiting process. I'm not certain.

I think it's likely he flips but not a sure thing by any means. Our DL class is already insane and there are rumblings we could take as many as 8 DL in the class. We're going to have attrition in that room.

we beat a 6-4 lsu and are 5-5

Not sure we’ve won enough to say that’s what’s happening

This is Napiers first big time job. You have to give him more time and maybe they see things making a turn for the better. He’s fairly young and seems to be recruiting well.

Well, as they say, recruiting is fluid.

UGA insiders now hearing McCloud sticks with UF and that’s where Lagonza Heyward lands. Apparently he was uncomfortable with UGA pursuing Kevin Wynn.

While UF is making positive strides both on the field and with recruiting, when I see a SEC team tweeting out a brag about being in the top 15 in recruiting, I chuckle a bit.

For any other conference top 15 in recruiting is awesome.

In the SEC, UF's current ranking (11th in 247's composite) puts them at 8th in the SEC.

They'd be 4th in the Big 10 and 1st in any other conference.

It's like when people tried to say that Mark Richt's top 10 recruiting wasn't that different from Kirby Smart's top 3 recruiting. It makes a big difference being the first or second most talented team in your conference then being 5th-8th every year.

The SEC has different standards of "good".
