Expected Liner to decommit. I am upset that he is leaving but more because our recruiting class is in shambles and the expectations for this one was so high at one point. I mean it hurts to lose a high talent player but at the same time I don't give a shite he is leaving for Bama. I bet he is going to be a Brent Calloway and never see the field in their scheme. I doubt he ends up a dominant DE in their system

He probably still is a thug POS but if Saban wants him then I'm all for it. He'll either shape up or he'll be processed. The choice is completely up to him.

It doesn't though?
We all knew he was never coming here.

Supposedly Garner called out Dee on his troll game according to rumor. That is pretty awesome. Only thing that makes me not want to kill my recruiting habit
Yet people called bullshite when Saban did the exact same thing to Foster.

Well better now than signing day, atleast we can get an offer or two out to a couple other kids.

Could you list all of these so-called "pissed off" Auburn fans?
Everyone saw this coming.

Brent Calloway, rFr, 6'1, 217, played in every game this season, had 10 carries for 63 yards, 1 reception for 2 yards, made 8 tackles on special teams, was twice named Special Teams player of the week, and has two national championship rings.
He's not exactly Johnny Football but give the guy a break. I suppose he could have went to Auburn and put up better numbers, but why you mad?

Glad to have such a fine quality young man with the team. The mentorship he will receive at the Capstone will prepare him for a successful life and a fruiful future
and I kept a straight face...

Point being made was that Dee will go to Bama and play but I bet he ends up like Calloway. Just another role player.

Notice he mentioned Calloway but shied away from any Yeldon comparisons. That one still pisses them off and will continue to until he's drafted in the first round in 2015.

Never really pissed that he switched. That's his decision and he can do whatever he wants. It's his life, not mine. I was pissed the way that he did it. He could've handled the situation a little better, IMO.

This. Switching isn't the problem, it's how you do it.

These are all responses to Troop's dirty tactics. Might stop now.

doesn't piss off most rational fans because we never thought he would sign with us. The dude has a lot of growing up to do or he will be up shite creek when he gets to Bama.

frick that. I hope he has ACLs and ankles out the arse!
He/she is one, probably doesn't count since I've never seen a quality contribution on the board from him/her.

Screw that. These kids aren't mindless zombies. They know what they're doing.

I think it does. I don't see Gus or anyone on his staff playing these types of games. The old staff probably would have let this play out til signing day but the GusBus put a stop to it.
Auburn is about to give the business to the SEC . . . DWI

I agree with that. I've read the coaching staff either met or talked to him today. I believe they just told him to either stick with his commitment or let them know, so they could move on. I have no doubts that Chiz would've just been stuck with him switching on signing day.
