Akers completed 14 of 22 passes for 272 yards and three touchdowns. He rushed for 180 yards and two scores on 17 carries.
Akers' stats, as ridiculous as they were from this game, only begin to tell the story of his night. His first touchdown run, a 70-yard burst up the middle, came on the second play of the game. What's more, when South Panola cut the lead to 21-14 with 1:37 left in the second quarter, Akers responded with a 54-yard touchdown pass to running back Darius Maberry on the opening play of the ensuing drive. He then broke a 65-yard touchdown run in Clinton's first drive of the second half.

I think it is pretty simple....no bowl ban, he is a rebel. Bowl Ban? Not looking good. When will OM know the final ruling by the NCAA, as far as the new investigation that opened up after draft night?
