I think Ohio state fell off. If not Ole Miss LSU really makes sense considering Baton Rouge is just as close to Clinton as Oxford. Also him being able to play behind Guice for a year will benifit it him since he has played QB throughout high school.

Other than being homesick, I can't fathom why any top level RB would want to play in the Ole Miss system. I get WR's and QB's flocking there but not a high level RB.

Clinton is right outside Jackson. It's a good 3 hours from BR and 2 from the border.

Clinton is 35 miles away from Vicksburg via I-20 which is on the state line if you're driving West. It's about 3 and a half hours going through Jackson down 1-55 South to Baton Rouge.

This guy is good, but he's no Fournette. I think he's probably a better fit in the Big 10, but it wouldn't hurt my feelings if y'all got him.

You must not have watched Akers very much then. He just scored on a 62 yard TD run in his playoff game and plowed over three defenders in the hole, then outran everyone else.
