Aren't most of UT's 4 stars legacies?

At the moment, Freeze has been more impressive, but Butch is closing in really fast.

Yeah, this.

I think kids are wanting to jump on UT early, while Freeze will likely land more big ones down the line and maybe one or two dramatic NSD commits again next year.

Butch is doing a great job, but UT is still the flagship of the east division imo. Still doesn't take away from what he is doing though.

I've asked myself the question before- If freeze were to step into Saban's position right now, would it be best that the rest of CFB just go ahead and quit recruiting?

Ole Miss will continue to be a hard sell for Freeze and staff for at least 5 years. But i think
he is the best recruiter in the SEC.

Freeze has a great approach. Win the mom, family, friends,etc.. over. After that winning the kid over becomes much easier.

Other coaches have tried that before without much succes, there has to be something else! especially at a school that has had very little winning tradition since the 60's.

Yeah...no. Freeze is good. But Saban is a recruiting beast and has been for a while.

Freeze.

What Jones is doing should be expected at Tennessee. Certainly not unprecedented like Freezus at Ole Miss.

Freeze gets the edge in recruiting so far but Butch has a proven track record of player development.

We still don't know if Freeze can do anything with the players he brings in. His mentor Orgeron could bring in players left and right.

Freeze took a projected 4 win team to 7 wins. I hope he can keep it up.
