It’s amazing how he was a 4-star talent when committed to SMU but became the #1 overall recruit on Rivals after flipping to Alabama.

I'm sure it had nothing to do with his performance on the field.
He only threw for 3,600 yards, 52 touchdowns, only 2 interceptions and a 71.5 completion percentage.
He was also the Gatorade National Player of the Year

I have no idea if this kid pans out or not, but he was playing on an insanely stacked high school roster. Duncanville is one of the best high school teams in the country. Having that amount of talent around you is definitely an advantage.
