Is Anthony Averett not a safety? MSU hasn't signed a safety this class, and Conner could get a hell of a lot more PT at MSU/OM. At Bama he'd be rotating at 3rd spot with Dix, Sunseri, Collins and Perry all coming back, at MSU he'd be second string if Nickoe stays, and at OM he could probably immediately contribute.

Conner has stated multiple times to people that he wants to go somewhere and be able to play immediately and make a difference.
Realistically, he favors Ole Miss, State, and Bama.
Realistically, Ole Miss and State offer the most early playing time.
I'm not saying that is his deciding factor, but according to what has been put out there it will be between Ole Miss and State.

Averett is going to play CornerBack. Perry will be a senior next year. If he waits a year and learns and puts on weight he will put a year between him and HCD and Sunseri, then start the next year.

Which is less PT than he'd get at OM or MSU. MSU would at least play him in two deep and then start next year, and for OM he'd start immediately. HCD would still be there, Sunseri would still be there, and Landon would still be ther. There are lots of things Bama can give to Conner over MSU/OM, but PT is not one of them.

You dont know that Sunseri and HCD will be there lol, no one knows, but they are def in a great position to go pro early. And the PT at any school would be around the same, so not that appealing of an advantage

Nah not really he's a pleasure not a commodity at this point
So I have no qualms about where the kid chooses our S position is set up for a couple years at least

I don't see anyone mentioning Connor playing linebacker. Now I don't know if any coaches have mentioned it, but that man-child will be a linebacker one day.
