All American and Mr Florida Jayvan Boggs cuts list to Mizzou and UCF

Former Ohio State commit WR Jayvan Boggs canceled his visit to USC on the 7th and canceled his visit to UGA this weekend.
Last year Boggs averaged 99.5 yards receiving a game. He had 93 receptions, 1493 yards receiving, and 23 TD’s.
His high school was 14-1 and won class 2S state championship. The only loss was to St. Thomas Aquinas 37-36
In a game with 4S state runner up Venice he had 10 receptions, 210 yards receiving, and 3 TD’s against top 50 overall and Florida State signee Charles Lester III
July 4th commitment date

no troll from me volsquatch. is there something going on with boggs? i’ve been wondering if he canceled his georgia visit or if they pulled his offer

Yeah, a guy who was going to Ohio St’s WR factory and now has UCF in his final 2 definitely doesn’t have anything going on

Not sure but my guess is he was being recruited as a inside receiver at OSU, UGA, USC, and Texas. UCF and Mizzou will give him a chance at playing both. He has soft hands, is good in traffic, and is a good route runner, but not a burner. He’s probably runs around a 4.55 or higher.
If he ran a 4.4 he would be high 4* or 5*. When Rivals updated their prospects rating at the end of May he jumped up to #67 overall and the 13th best receiver.
Boggs decommitted from Ohio State a couple weeks after the Under Armour Elite camp. 247 said he was in the top 5 offensive players at the camp

He likes Mizzou, and supposedly shopped his NIL offer..USC & UGA said no deal. So it appears it is Mizzou. I have not heard anything down here about offers being pulled..BUT..big time programs at this point in the year..don't want to invest in the travel & schmoozing of a kid that already has his mind made up...which appears to be the case. If there is some smoke or his had has swelled due to the hype..I have heard about it down here. Also..Mizzou fans..this is a recruiting page..please no flaming or trolling. Not an insider by any means, but I have a few connections across Florida and occasionally hear things that I will share, even if it makes people salty for some reason.
