Walk on.

Speaking of which, anyone know if Means is on scholarship, or is he a guy that they'll give one to if we're under 85?

Ashton is a former walk on with a or near 4.0 in a hard major. forget which one it is. I hearde he is working with Dr Harris in the honors college to apply for national prestigious scholarships. He could be the next.Myron Rolle.

Dang, I didn't know that about Ashton. Even while he walked on, did he qualify for any scholarships that weren't football related? Seems like he's a really bright kid. I hope we blow out a couple teams so we can see him on the field. I was happy to see Chizik give him a scholly after all the hard work he's put in.

Ya Dr Harris in the honors college does national prestigious scholarship admissions and is the one who helped with the swimmers up for student athlete of the year and all the Rhodes/Marshall/full bright finalists. He asked me about Ashton one day since he knows I love football. Dr Harris loves working with the FB players though so I sent him In Jermaine Whiteheads direction since rivals said he was valedictorian or something right?

Correct. He's pretty sharp, he was in an Organic Chem lab with me.

Just watched Temple vs Penn State from last year to try and get an idea of what offense we could expect.. They ran shotgun, power I formation, single back under center, and some 5 wides.. I don't know what to expect
