I read where some guy from Rivals said that he was basically a BOOM or BUST recruit. I trust 247 over them anyways. His offer list seems pretty legit, if they're committable.

247 is BY FAR AND AWAY better at rankings because of the amt of film they peruse through and break down, you want high ranked guys on 247, don't bother with rankings on other sites Joey

Well Dee Liner very well may end up at DE do who knows.
Bower is a great pick up. 31 offers from major programs is just impressive. I believe his lower rankings are due to he hasn't learned to just dominate yet. He has a great frame to grow into the perfect wde, so I am pumped.
