Weren't you asking about this kid earlier today? I doubt he makes it into our class, but that's just my opinion.

If we get Montravius Adams, our DL class is done, assuming all of them sign with us

I'm here at the Auburn HS spring game against Stanhope-Elmore. Stanhope has had 3 series and Foster already has 3 tckls, 1 TFL and 2 huge hits. Auburn leads 7-0. Blaise Taylor set up TD with 34-yd reverse run.

Auburn coaches Luper and Trooper are here along with two UGA coaches. I believe they're playing 1 more quarter.

Also, spotted in crowd was QB Jeremy Johnson. More later

Yeah I think Bryan Matthews was hinting at that.

Right now, it looks like mostly the same group he’s been recruiting from the get-go, which includes Jeremy Johnson from Carver in Montgomery, Ala., Ryan Buchanan from Jackson Prep in Flowood, Miss., Hayden Rettig from Cathedral in Los Angeles, Calif., Austin Allen from Fayetteville (Ark.) High, Darryl Richardson from Armwood in Seffner, Fla., and Cord Sandberg from Manatee in Bradenton, Fla.

How those guys are ordered after this week will be a big factor in who the Tigers sign at the position. Of the ones mentioned, I expect the focus to be on one of the three of Johnson, Buchanan or Rettig. Look for a definitive answer to that question early next week.

This was wasted post.

Buchanon is, and always was, headed to Ole Miss. He's from my hometown and they are all Rebels down there. I think Auburn can do better FWIW. Buchanon plays in an extremely weak classification and will need at least 3 years of practice before he is ready to go against SEC competition.

I analyzed Rettig earlier this week, see the 2013 Bama recruiting thread for it, and he is a much better prospect.

I'll let Loeffler know immediately. I don't want him wasting any time on RB if this is the case!

I've given multiple opinions on QBs to different SEC fanbases. I'm sure TTsTowel and AMM can vouch for me. I'm certainly not a coach, but I do know my shite when it comes to quarterbacks.

We need somebody who can be college ready by fall of 2013 because according to Dye, Kiehl is the only qb on the roster with a chance to make it.

"the biggest thing that we gotta come out of practice with is to have a quarterback. if we don't come out with a damn? quarterback in this thing, shoot, you couldn't win the games
you're supposed to win. and, and uh, we really hadn't got but one chance to have one in my opinion. if frazier don't make it, we're gonna be up shite creek."

I know you do, that's why I'm so excited to have your input on every QB recruit that gets mentioned.

How you aren't paid for that skill is beyond me.

Oh, so you knew Cam was going to take college football by storm and be the best college QB the game has seen in quite some time?

Please tell me, who's going to be the next All-American QB from the SEC?

You don't think we'll take four? We lose 6 guys on the DL after 2013. Maybe 5 if Lemonier goes early. Still, that's a lot for one year.

Totally agree with Dye (and props to the cell phone video shooter, BTW). I just think it's laughable that our coaches insist that there's still a QB battle. Nobody's close to Frazier.

They know there isn't. They just don't want Pussyfoot transferring.
