Yeah Buc that is who I was talking about from UGA saying Henry was solid now to UGA.

I don't put too much stock in anything that comes from LHB. I don't remember if it was JHD or one of their other insiders, but he was wrong at least 3 times about who UGA was hiring to be the Recruiting Coordinator. At 1st it was Coach Flowers and they all went nuts because that meant they were getting RF. Then it was Chad Simmons and they went crazy again. Then it was Rusty Mansell. All insiders are wrong from time to time, but I got the distinct feeling this guy was pulling info from his arse and offering it as inside info.

Alabama has landed its seventeenth commitment in the class of 2013 with Brooklyn (N.Y.) ASA College offensive tackle Leon Brown pledging to the Crimson Tide. The 6-foot-6, 310-pounder was evaluated and offered by Alabama offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland in the spring.
“I committed- I just feel like it’s the best place for me to develop all my skills and abilities and it’s the best chance for me to go to the NFL,” said Brown.
“I talked to Coach Stoutland and Coach Saban and they both said they were proud about my decision and couldn’t wait to get me down there. I play left tackle- they like the way I play and feel like I have a chance to come in and contribute.”
Brown decided to pull the trigger after he was unable to make a trip to Tuscaloosa prior to returning to ASA for summer classes.
“Basically, I wanted to put all my dedication towards my upcoming season at junior college. I’m most likely going to take my official visit to Alabama during the season. I’ll probably just take that visit to Alabama and not look around or take visits to other schools.”
The Maryland native, who held offers from Marshall and New Mexico in high school, is satisfied with his decision and feels he’s come a long way in the last few years.
“I feel like I’ve come a long way since high school. I’m just doing what I do and handling a lot of it by myself. I didn’t have a father figure and am growing up quickly, so it feels good to be committing to Alabama.”
Brown, who also held offers from Ole Miss and Kansas in addition to Alabama, plans to enroll early and has three years to play two.
