This Daniels thing is a prime example.

NIL and the state of current CFB are both disasters but this has nothing to do with the current environment.

Any player in history could have done this.

Daniels was the just the first who heard his greedy lawyer's idea and didn't apply the smallest amount of scruples to it.

I’m not special. You sound like one of those youngsters today that wants to die their hair purple and pierce and tattoo every inch of exposed skin.

Your opinion is of little consequence to me

Even though he's no longer at LSU, could he sue the athletic department or University for using his NIL after he's asked them not too? I think this is where some people didn't think the whole NIL thing through.

Absolutely he could if they use his NIL without permission. And they don't have it

Like what?

Footage of him playing in an LSU uniform?

No, he doesn't own that, and he can't sue for that.

Any reference to him in the athletic department? Any recruiting videos? I'm just spit balling to see how much players are entitled too after they leave campus when it comes to NIL. Universities took NIL and made collectives as a means to PAY players when all along it was supposed to be corporations and businesses paying all along. Jayden wouldn't have a leg to stand on, as far as his jersey goes, if his NIL wouldn't have been from the "University". I hope this makes some sort of sense. If not, please disregard.

Its almost impossible to teach and get respect from a player making twice as much as the coach.

No, they won’t! That just makes you feel better somehow.

Because they and their family are all stupid? They don't have advisors. Not capable of finding one? They will spend it on rims and jewelry, right?
