No, they won’t! That just makes you feel better somehow.
Because they and their family are all stupid? They don't have advisors. Not capable of finding one? They will spend it on rims and jewelry, right?

No I'm not. NIL is an agreement. It’s a contract. There was 100% an agreement with LSU and JD. As I said, NIL is his for life, not just when he’s a student.
If you aren’t an athlete and someone used your likeness, image, or name to support ANY cause you didn’t support or want it to be used for, would you be OK with that?
It’s not about his support for LSU. The whole point of NIL is that athletes, like everyone else, can have a say in who, how, and under what circumstances their NIL can be used and be compensated. Compensation can take ANY form acceptable to them.
He may take less money if LSU agrees to something regarding his jersey or Number. DK the specifics. But obviously he feels like the agreement wasn’t held in some form. That is right, just like it’s the right of the school to sue Athletes when they feel they didn’t uphold a part of their agreement.

Yes, I do. They must still be using it after 180 days (6 months) if he sent a cease-and-desist letter, right?
NIL is always yours. Not just when you are at the school. So, to continue, it's not just money; other things can be negotiated.

Alternate Take JD and LSU

I also posted this in another thread.
What's lost in the debate is that he had an NIL Agreement with LSU for 180 days after he left. He didn’t have to agree to that, but he did. Without further information, it could have been part of the agreement, implied or not, regarding use of his Jersey.
Let's not pretend that LSU didn't benefit from that agreement, so it wasn't one-sided.
If that is the case, LSU may not have upheld that part of the agreement. He has not asked for anything except for LSU to cease and desist from the Agreement he signed.
I've heard plenty say kids should be held accountable to the NIL deals they sign when transferring, etc. But now, some have a problem with Jayden trying to enforce his NIL agreement?
Some say it looks bad when a school sues a kid over NIL. Now it looks bad when a player sues a school over an NIL agreement?
So there should be no agreement because no one should ever try to enforce it?
It's unfortunate that it came to this for everyone involved. I hope it gets resolved without any further issues.

Let's say I agree. The hoax was investigated. Truth came out, right? Prevented?
So are you saying the system works?
Last thing
So, Trump is worried about cybersecurity issues concerning China? People's personal information is getting into Chinese hands, correct?
Where are Trump Phones Made? Phones, where all of the people's personal information accessible?
I'll give you one guess........Good night, everyone. I wish you all the best.

Rhetorical question. That’s what it’s called. Didn’t expect to learn something tonight, did you? There you go—no meme needed.
Beer? That response makes sense. Grown-ups are having a conversation
Baby back... how about Where's the beef? Time to make the donuts? Pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?
Finish your GED, then come back.

Warned and prevented so the system worked?
So, there were 34 cases of people voting who shouldn’t have voted. We had over 150 million cast ballots in the last election. But you think that elections aren’t secure enough?
I’m not for or against voter ID. But how will that eliminate fraud? Will voter ID laws also eliminate identity theft?
Are we trying to get less than 34? Is it Zero? That would be great.
The only problem is, I bet you can’t name one law or regulation anyone has EVER passed that no one has broken, committed fraud on, or circumvented.
So you want to change a system in which 34 cases out of 150 million votes occurred?
I know without proof it was millions. I am right!!
Except in 2024, when Republicans won the House, Senate, and Presidency.
On second thought, you are right, we need to look into this voting thing more!

This is what I’m talking about.
I gave facts. All II’mgetting in return is long conspiracy theories and conjecture.
Just because you state something over and over without facts, evidence, or proof. Doesn’t prove an argument or make it a real thing.
Nothing you said is fact or truth proven by evidence.
Instead, more of the same Trump talking points. Isn’t this tiring for all of you that you have to keep doing this?
He’s not smart.
He’s not a good person, and by every “Real World Metric,” the country is worse off than before he took office.
I know eggs? Email Servers. Immigrants Bad!! Biden. Obama.
Honest Question: Can you name ONE good thing you believe Trump has done that didn’t involve taking something from a group of people, racism, prejudice, or targeting a particular group of people?
I will listen!

No. I want a response.
What I can't take seriously are responses that show someone didn't pass 10th-grade civics if they think states and blue cities are involved in international diplomacy and should be the first line of defense in National Security involving the Chinese.
Or- Facts are what I believe, and they aren't facts
Or- Straw man?
So if that can stop, I believe we can have a rational discussion. With people who can factually and actually contribute.
Covid?? Really
No Troll.

"Straw Man Argument"
I don't think you know what that means!

Facts are facts. It's not how you see it.
Obama was president in 2016. Fact
Biden 2024. Fact
Trump 2020 and now 2026. Fact
How can we see that as different?

I thought the federal government was solely responsible for National Security?
So, during the 2016 election, Obama was president, and there wasn't massive Fraud. Trump Won
During the 2024 election, again, no Chinese interference, nor fraud. Trump
However, during the 2020 election, Trump was president, the Chinese interfered, there was massive fraud, and Trump lost?
Now, in 2026, Trump is again President, and again there are National Security Issues with Elections.
Is National Security and Election Fraud only a Problem when Trump is President and his administration is in charge of National Security?

Trump???
Or he's not great at working with what he has. So the answer is to give him better talent every year than everyone else, and he will be successful? Any great coach can man-manage, understand what he has, and be relatively successful. You won't be great year after year but won't be bottom of the barrel. So, did LSU have worse talent than every other team that was ranked ahead of us defensively?
Ridiculous. We didn't have to have a top-ranked defense. He couldn't scheme, develop, adjust, or teach what he had to be at least an average defense, considering the offense we had. Basically, he was shite.
Stop blaming freshmen sage or any others bc of him being shite. Who knows what they will look like with a competent coach and scheme? PP7 would have looked like shite in that scheme when the QB has 15 seconds to throw the ball,
