The Republican Party controls the offices of the governor, secretary of state, head of elections, attorney general, and both chambers of the state legislature.

Maybe the size of the school, funding, facilities, resources and the level of coaching. This may come as a shock but not all Balck people are the SAME.
There are literally hundreds of white coaches with similar resources as the black schools you named that have the same results as those school...
